Terms of Service

Ordering 
Orders can be completed through direct through or website or eBay shop. Once we have received your order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail and you will be deemed to have agreed to and are bound by these Terms.
Payments 
We accept all major credit/debit cards via World Pay; however we do not except American Express through our merchant system but American Express can be used as a payment method through PayPal. We offer additional payment methods including Google Checkout and PayPal. All prices quoted include VAT, unless they are VAT exempt. If the credit card details you enter are queried by your credit card company or yourself, we will pass any fee on to you and it will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card or payment method used.
Delivery 
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, please not that sometimes delays can occur which can result in a delayed dispatch time. We aim to get the order to you within 7 working days but some items can take longer especially at busy times of the year. If we anticipate a delay in dispatch or delivery, we will endeavour to inform you by email, phone or post and give you the options to cancel or obtain a refund at all times. 
Stock 
We endeavour to ensure the appropriate checks are taken to ensure that the stock levels of our own and our suppliers are as accurate as possible. However, on occasions certain products may be unavailable. If this occurs we will inform you by e-mail or telephone to give alternate choices otherwise a refund will be given. Though we will endeavour that all prices and descriptions are accurate errors may occur. We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfil orders at old or erroneous prices. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If we discover an error in a description we will advise you about it as soon as possible. However, every care has been made to describe items as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur in colour, texture, shade or general appearance from that shown on our website/eBay. If a product is dispatched to the customer from our suppliers on behalf of us and the item is out of stock, discontinued or the supplier declines an order, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and refund the full amount to the customer.

Your information will only be shared to other parties that are involved in the fulfilment of your order.

Returns 
Whilst we are completely confident you will be very happy with your purchases, if you are not satisfied you may return your item(s) within 14 working days after the date of delivery at the customer’s own cost, unless agreed by Blyme to cover the cost of returning the item. On receipt of the goods, unused and in its original packaging a full refund or exchange will be offered. This right must be exercised by the customer and not the recipient of the goods. We would advise that you use recorded delivery for returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us. These clauses will not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
Whilst we are completely confident you will be very happy with your purchases, an item may be may be too small or too big, or a different colour may be required. You may exchange you item(s) purchased from us within 14 working days after the delivery date, returning the item to us will be at the customer’s own cost, unless agreed by Blyme to cover the cost of returning the item. On receipt of the goods, unused and in its original packaging, we will exchange the item(s) for the desired item(s); additional charges may apply if the desired products are in total a higher value. If a customer from outside the UK wishes to exchange a product, the customer will have to return the item to us at their own cost and pay an additional shipping charge (depending on item and quantity) to receive the desired exchange product(s); additional charges may apply if the desired products are in total a higher value. This right must be exercised by the customer and not the recipient of the goods. We would advise that you use recorded delivery for returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us. These clauses will not affect your statutory rights.
