Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 12:00pm Monday - Friday on the same day excluding bank holidays.
Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be shipped the next working day. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the order has been dispatched.
The available shipping options to you will be displayed at checkout.
We delivery to the UK & Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands only.
Cancelling or Changing an Order After Payment
We offer a fast turnaround from order to dispatch, therefore once an item is paid we are unable to change, add or cancel an order once payment has been received. If you have placed an order and require the item you can refuse delivery or return the item back to us for a refund subject to our returns policy.
Please ensure your address is correct when you place your order.
No orders will be dispatched until payment is received.
We offer a 14 days returns policy from receipt of the goods. Returns received outside of this time will not be accepted and returned to the customer at their expense or held pending contact and will be destroyed within 60 days if no contact is made. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice and a detailed note with reason for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, panties, hosiery, and wigs where the packaging has been opened, so please make sure you're happy with the product before opening the packaging. If you attempt to return any of these items and they are found to be worn we are not obliged to issue a refund.
We ask that you care for our goods whilst they're in your possession, and all items returned to us should be in its original packaging. The product must always be suitable for resale, and all items will be inspected by our Returns Team when we receive it. If any of the product is missing or its packaging is damaged, we aren't obliged to issue a refund. Any returns that are not received in this way will be sent back to you at your cost or held pending contact and will be destroyed within 60 days if no contact is made.
You and the carrier you select are fully responsible for the condition of the returned goods until they are received at our warehouse. The cost of return postage is at your expense, and we recommend you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Please package items securely.
The full price of the product will be refunded to you (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the products), excluding the cost of delivery. All returns unless faulty may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We aim to issue refunds within a week of receiving the item back to us, but if this isn't appropriate then we will process all refunds within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods back to our warehouse.
We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items which fall outside of the terms laid out in this Returns Policy. Any ineligible items returned to us will be returned to the customer at their expense or held pending contact and will be destroyed within 60 days if no contact is made.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
